We get it — online shopping isn’t perfect. Sometimes things go wrong. At Vistitch, we aim to be fair, honest, and transparent about how we handle it.
Here’s the deal 👇
1. If We Messed Up — We’ll Fix It
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Wrong item, size, or design
Then yes — that’s on us. We’ll gladly replace it or refund you.
No hoops. No long forms. Just email us at support@vistitch.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and sort it out.
2. If You Ordered the Wrong Size…
We feel you. But since each shirt is custom printed just for you, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for size issues or change-of-mind.
👉 That’s why we provide detailed size charts on every product page.
When in doubt — size up!
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it’ll go back to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We don’t issue store credit or partial refunds unless previously agreed.
4. Lost Packages
If your tracking says “delivered” but your mailbox says “nope” — first, check with neighbors or your local post office.

Reach out to us at support@vistitch.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
5. Important Notes
- We don’t accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse
- All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- We do not accept returns by mail unless explicitly authorized — unauthorized returns will not be processed
